Beth Rankin Pallana bequeathed the space to Sachdev after he decided to go to Hollywood to pursue an acting career, as he appeared in several Wes Anderson movies including Bottle Rocket, which was filmed in Dallas, The Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore.
